Crisis Control

It does not matter what studies or how many farm visits are being done, the problem animals are still being driven by many factors to kill various types of livestock.

Farmers are not being compensated for loss of livestock at the hands of wild dogs, and if we remove these animals, it will ensure their survival.

Farmers will then be aware of the problem and the sensitivity of the animals when they see the efforts being made by the action group to lessen the impact on their livestock.

The following actions are proposed:

  1. Create transit facilities

  2. Transfer problem animals to transit station

  3. Notify DWNP on numbers captured

  4. Allow researchers to build up their own data through sampling

  5. Source alternative free ranging spaces for these packs.
